Fabio Rastelli is a Managing Associate in the Banking & Finance and Energy & Infrastructure departments.
He has developed significant experience advising banks, financial institutions, investment funds and corporate clients on a wide range of financing transactions, including project finance, real estate finance, acquisition finance and corporate finance, as well as Public-Private Partnerships (PPP).
He also regularly assists private sponsors and operators in negotiating key project documentation within project finance transactions, including EPC, O&M and PPA agreements.
