Federica Monteleone is part of the Corporate | M&A department and has been collaborating with the firm since 2026.
She primarily focuses on commercial and corporate law, assisting Italian and international clients in the context of investment transactions, as well as the acquisition and sale of shareholdings, businesses, or business units.
She collaborates with Bocconi University as Legal Clinic Junior Manager of the "Start-up and Innovation" legal clinic program, through which Italian and international start-ups receive legal advice pro bono while launching their entrepreneurial ventures.
Federica also deals with matters related to art law and cultural property protection, focusing on issues concerning the authenticity, provenance, and restitution of artworks and cultural property. Since 2026, she has also served as Europe Officer of YALA (Young Art Lawyer Association).
