Francesca Romana Florio has developed a particular expertise in intellectual property, offering advice and assistance on in-court and out-of-court cases both with reference to copyright and industrial property matters.
With reference to copyright, her work ranges in the entertainment industry (film, music, photography, videogame, television, formats, etc.), Internet and new technologies. In the field of industrial property, Francesca Romana deals with various areas related to protection of patents and trademarks, assisting the relevant owners in the management and protection of their brands.
Within Nctm, Francesca Romana also works with the Corporate and Commercial Department, with expertise in business contracts and in the organization and management of prize competitions (competitions’ regulations, management of relations with the Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Economic Development).
