Francesco Renzo Prini joined the Corporate and Commercial Department of ADVANT Nctm’s Milan office in October 2024.
He graduated in July 2024 with a thesis on smart contracts and their implications on the traditional conception of contract law, comparing civil law and common law jurisdictions.
