Gaetano Petroni focuses on banking and finance and capital markets and has a strong experience in acquisition finance, leveraged finance, high yields/unitranche, real estate finance and corporate lending transactions.
He advises both primary borrowers (industrial companies, private equity sponsors, propcos, management companies and investment funds) and national and international lenders (banks, financial intermediaries, debt funds) on the structuring of financing transactions and negotiation of the relevant contractual documentation.
In the real estate finance sector, he also has a particular expertise in the structuring of complex transactions involving REIF and management companies with the participation in the financing of the unitholders.
