In particular, he provides ongoing advice on commercial and corporate law to companies engaged in the renewable energy, automotive transports and logistics sectors as well as to trade fair organizations. Furthermore, he provides clients with legal assistance during the setting up and corporate restructuring phase, including through the recourse to insolvency and pre-insolvency procedures, turnaround plans pursuant to Article 67, third paragraph, letter d) of the Italian Bankruptcy Law, debt restructuring agreements pursuant to Article 182 bis of the Italian Bankruptcy Law and Companies Crisis Negotiated Composition proceedings.
He has gained solid experience in corporate compliance, companies’ administrative liability pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and protection of personal and sensitive data.
He provides clients with legal assistance before Ordinary and Arbitral Courts in significant commercial (distribution, franchising, transport, agency, contract, defective product liability) and bankruptcy disputes.
