Gianluca Salvadei is an expert in Banking and Finance.
From October 2017 to February 2021, he was dealing with the following activities: assistance in favor of banks, funds, companies in relation to acquisition finance, real estate finance and project finance transactions and, in relation to the drafting and negotiation of the facilities agreements and the relevant security package.
