Gianluca Zampieri assists national and international clients active in the energy field, with reference to civil and corporate law matters in relation to M&A and other extraordinary transactions as well as regulatory issues related to agreements for the development and management of renewable energy projects.
Gianluca graduated in corporate law from the University of Bari in 2022. In 2024, he was admitted to the Italian Bar.
