Giorgio Berlingieri is admitted to plead before the Supreme Court of Cassation, member of the Genoa Bar Association, President of the Italian Maritime Law Association, Honorary Vice President of the Comité Maritime International, Director in chief of the Quarterly IL DIRITTO MARITTIMO®.
He acts either out of Court and in Court in many fields of maritime law. His activities include shipping casualties, carriage of goods by sea, limitation of liability, cross border insolvency, arrest of ships, maritime liens and hypothecs, seizure of ships.
