Giovanni M. Pallone advises on competition law, golden power and consumer protection matters.
He regularly represents clients in proceedings before the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM) and the European Commission concerning anticompetitive agreements, abuse of dominant position, merger control and consumer protection, as well as in related litigation.
He has also gained extensive experience in matters involving the Italian golden power regime.
Giovanni M. has developed substantial sector-specific expertise across a broad range of industries, including sports broadcasting rights, food and beverages, natural gas, renewable energy, shipbuilding, gaming and betting, automotive, airport services, insurance and telecommunications.
From 2007 to 2015, he also served as a guest lecturer in EU Competition Law at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
Prior to joining ADVANT Nctm in 2026, Giovanni M. practiced at leading Italian law firms.
