Giuseppe Buono deals with Banking and Finance and Capital Markets and has a strong experience in leveraged finance, real estate finance, project finance, corporate finance transactions as well as in debt capital markets transactions.
He regularly advises on lender’s side (to banks, financial intermediaries, debt funds) and on borrower’s side (to companies and investment funds) on the structuring of financing transactions and negotiation of the relevant contractual documentation.
He also has a particular expertise in Italian basket bond transactions, having taken part and led a high percentage of the transactions implemented in the domestic market.
