Irene Balbi is a member of the Dispute Resolution Department since July 2025.
She graduated from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca discussing a dissertation in Commercial law entitled “The phenomenon of Greenwashing between unfair competition and consumer protection”. Today she is dealing with litigation and consulting activities, mainly in the areas of civil and commercial law.
