Lorenzo Foot is an expert of commercial and corporate law and has experience of assisting private equity and venture capital funds, domestic and multinational companies in M&A, day-to-day corporate matters, as well as commercial law aspects in general.
He has been admitted to the Italian Bar in 2020. Before joining ADVANT Nctm, he has worked as an associate with leading Italian law firms.
