Luigi Ardizzone deals with corporate law, with a focus on supervised companies and, therefore, banking and insurance companies, collective asset management companies and listed companies.
It assists such entities in both judicial (ordinary, arbitration and sanction proceedings before the Supervisory Authorities) and extrajudicial (especially in connection with extraordinary transactions) settings.
He is full professor of Corporate Law at the University of Brescia.
