Arbitration - Capital Markets - Dispute Resolution
Luigi Ardizzone’s practice primarily focuses on corporate and financial markets litigation, in court and arbitration (both as a lawyer and as an arbitrator) as well as on sanctioning proceedings before Supervisory Authorities.
In this context, he has developed particular expertise, inter alia, in litigation related to investment transactions - involving both listed issuers and closed-end companies (with a special focus on private equity transactions and, in general, collective asset management) - or generational changes in business.
He carries out continuous research activities on the above subjects in his role as a university professor. Indeed, he is Full Professor of Corporate Law at the University of Brescia, where he teaches Corporate Law and Banking Law at the Department of Economics and Management.
