In this context, he assists companies in the designing and managing their tax control frameworks (TCF), as well as in interaction with the Italian Tax Office for the subsequent admission process. One admitted, he provides support for the ordinary management of the cooperative compliance program.
He has gained extensive experience in domestic and international corporate taxation, with particular reference to direct and indirect taxes, extraordinary transactions, and matters of tax and corporate law. He has also assisted clients during tax audits and in pre-litigation phases.
