Mario Prospero Bonferroni graduated in 2015 in Law at the University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan.
He has extensive experience in extraordinary corporate transactions, including the sale and contribution of shareholdings and businesses, mergers, demergers, corporate transformations, capital increases, bond issuances, and other financial instruments, including in distressed M&A transactions. He advises both Italian and international industrial clients and investment funds.
He also provides ongoing legal advice to leading Italian and international corporate groups on civil, commercial, and corporate law matters, as well as on commercial contracts and general business contractual arrangements.
