Marta Mugiasca has been working as a trainee in the Antitrust and Competition department of ADVANT Nctm since December 2025.
She graduated in Law at the Università degli Studi di Milan in October 2025, discussing a thesis in Intellectual Property Law entitled “The relationship between the principle of trademark exhaustion and selective distribution: analysis and future perspectives”. She also completed a university exchange period at the University of Huelva, Spain.
