Martina Baldi is part of ADVANT Nctm Banking and Finance department.
Martina deals with debt capital markets and, throughout her professional experience, has advised companies, banks and financial institutions on debt securities issuance and listing transactions, including bonds, certificates and Euro Medium Term Note programs, in both the Italian and international markets. During her experience, she has deepened her knowledge of issues related to sustainable finance and the issuance of ESG products, and she has gained experience in liability management transactions and financing transactions.
She has also advised banks and financial intermediaries on equity capital markets transactions, including share capital increases, public tender and exchange offers, buyback programs and employee incentive plans.
