Martina Marmo is an expert of banking, finance, restructuring, turnaround and corporate law in general.
In the last years, she has developed specific skills in structured finance transactions (corporate finance, project finance, acquisition finance, securitizations etc.), with particular regard to project finance transactions for the realization of infrastructures - especially in the energy sector - and to debt restructuring agreements, advising Italian leading banks, companies and holdings in the negotiations, drafting, signing and execution of the contracts, in all the relevant legal issues of each transaction.
