Matteo Pagliarulo joined the Corporate and Commercial department of ADVANT Nctm's Milan office in May 2024, being integrated into the “IT and DATA” team.
He graduated in October 2023 with a thesis in commercial law concerning leveraged buyout operations, with particular reference to the issues of legality that have arisen in the Italian legal system.
