Mauro Curtò works both on alternative dispute resolution and on litigation and arbitration proceedings, focusing on civil and corporate litigation.
He assists both domestic and international clients in a wide range of pre-litigation and litigations cases, including breach of contract (sale agreement, factoring, franchising, sale and purchase agreement), challenge of shareholders’ meeting resolutions, liability disputes, unfair competition and abuse of economic dependence.
He worked with professor Christian Romeo at the University of Milan in Private Law class.
