She has also followed numerous investment transactions in Italy through acquisitions of shareholdings and other extraordinary transactions.
Moreover, Miranda has more than a decade of experience in the renewable energy sector and has acquired specific expertise in regulatory and contractual matters assisting clients from the project development phase to the construction and operation of the facilities, up to the eventual decommissioning phase of the investment.
