Paolo Agnesi provides consulting services to public, private as well as multinational companies, and has acquired specific expertise in corporate, tax-related, and budgetary matters. In particular, he provides assistance in corporate matters with specific reference to issues relating to the functioning of governance and supervisory bodies.
He provides tax advice on both ordinary and extraordinary transactions. He assists leading companies with issues related to tax audits and assessments, providing support in dealing with the Internal Revenue Service and the Italian Finance Police (Guardia di Finanza). He has been engaged in numerous transactions for the acquisition of companies and of stakes in companies advising on corporate and fiscal aspects. He has gained considerable experience in the application of Accounting Principles.
During his professional activities, he has been appointed Director and Liquidator of public and private companies, including multinational corporations, and managed companies engaged in the commercial and financial sector.
He is a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors, also with the office of Chairman, of public, private and multinational companies.
He has lectured in a Master’s Degree Course in Tax Law organized by the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Rome "La Sapienza". He has collaborated with ASSONIME, in the editorial staff of the magazine 'Giurisprudenza delle Imposte', publishing notes to sentences of the Court of Cassation and Central Tax Commission.
