Paolo Maiolino is a member of the Dispute Resolution Department since June 2026.
He graduated from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca discussing a dissertation in Public Comparative Law entitled “Democracies and Anti-system Parties: some Reflections on the Rise of Populism in Europe”. Today he is dealing with litigation and consulting activities, mainly in the areas of civil law.
