Paolo Porena has been part of the Banking and Finance department of ADVANT Nctm since 2018. He is specialized in finance transactions of various kind, from acquisitionfinancing to real estate financing, assisting Italian and foreign clients, including banks and debt funds. He also deals with restructuring transactions in judicial and non-judicial proceedings.
Before joining ADVANT Nctm, he worked as a legal trainee in a primary Luxembourgish bank.
He graduated from Università degli Studi di Roma Tre “cum laude”. During his academic path, he also studied European Company Law at London School of Economics.
