Paolo Porena has been part of the Banking and Finance department of ADVANT Nctm since 2018.
He regularly advises leading Italian and international banks, private debt funds and alternative finance operators across a broad spectrum of transactions, including acquisition financing, real estate financing, bond issuances and turnaround transactions within debt restructuring processes.
