For the NATO Command for Southern Europe - Allied Joint Force Command Headquarters Naples, he holds the position of Secretary - Registrar - of the Mission Appeal Tribunal (MAT), an international body that performs the functions of appeal judge in relation to the labour relations of civilian personnel of NATO missions.
