Roberto Cesaro deals with intellectual property law, with a particular expertise in the IP field and thus in the sectors of trademarks and other distinctive signs, appellations of origin and geographical indications, patents, designs and models, unfair competition, anti-trust law and copyright.
He assists clients with both judicial and extrajudicial consulting activities. In particular, he advised on litigation matters in Italy, preparing the defence of the case and arguing the cases in court, he coordinates the activity of foreign correspondents in foreign judicial proceedings, supervising the strategy and the defences, working in Italian and English. In the extrajudicial context he prepares and reviews contracts relating to the transfer and licensing of trademarks, patents, know-how, software and any other industrial and intellectual property right, as well as the drafting of opinions on the subject.
