    Expertise

    Roberto de Nardis di Prata focuses on Banking and Finance and Capital Markets with strong experience in acquisition finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance, corporate lending transactions across various economic sectors, including inter alia manufacturing industry, energy and fintech, as well as out-of-court debt restructurings. 

    He advises both lenders (banks, financial intermediaries, debt funds) and borrowers (industrial companies, private equity sponsors, propcos and investment funds) on structuring financing transactions and negotiating the related contractual documentation. In real estate, he has gained significant experience in negotiating financing for real estate developments – most recently student housing, micro living, hotels and logistics – and refinancing, including with international sponsors.

    In recent years he has been involved in numerous financing transactions supported by public guarantees (issued by Sace and other public entities) and has developed a solid expertise in bond and other debt instruments issuances, including “basket bonds” programs.  He has also worked on several private debt transactions, such as unitranche financing and has built a strong background on the banking and finance regulatory aspects of conducting lending activity in Italy.
