Sante Ricci specialises in commercial and corporate law, international transactions and extraordinary operations (mergers and acquisitions, divestments, IPOs, etc.) and, more generally, in corporate law, having gained, inter alia, significant experience in corporate governance and administrative liability of companies.
He advises leading national and multinational groups in corporate legal needs, such as FCA, Ferrari, Maserati, Telecom Italia, Italo - NTV, Confindustria, LUISS University of Rome, Fiere Internazionali di Bologna, RCS Rizzoli Corriere della Sera and Fiera di Roma.
From 2010 to 2022, he was Professor of internal auditing, compliance and corporate risk management at LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome - Faculty of Business and Management.
From 2010 to 2022, he was Professor of Occupational Safety at LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome - Faculty of Law.
Since 2023, he has been Professor of Risk and Compliance Management at LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome - Faculty of Business and Management.
From July 2019 to May 2022, he was President of the Supervisory Body of the Salini Costruttori S.p.A.
Since July 2020, he has been a member of the Supervisory Body of the PosteMotori Consortium.
Since April 2022 he has been President of the Supervisory Body of the Salini S.p.A.
