Sara Bonini has a strong legal background and extensive experience in corporate and M&A advisory.
Having spent more than 10 years in private practice— first at a leading Italian law firm and later at a Magic Circle firm— Sara advised on complex cross-border transactions, gaining deep expertise in corporate law and deal-making.
This was followed by few years in a senior in-house legal role at a multinational group operating in the automotive sector, where she navigated complex negotiations, governance challenges and corporate strategy at an international level.
As a Business Senior Advisor, Sara brings a strategic and commercially driven approach to client development supporting the firm’s strategy to enhance its visibility and international market presence.
