Serena deals with tax litigation. Her activity ranges from the client’s assistance to define the actions to be taken even before the delivery of the formal notice of tax assessment, during the tax settlement procedures (Atti di adesione, Reclami…) and in the actual tax litigation phases in of the Tax Courts (Commissione Tributaria Provinciale e Regionale).
She files first degree appeals; second degree appeals and the Supreme Court appeals. She represents the clients in front of the Tax Court in first degree and second degree (Commissione Tributaria Provinciale e Regionale).
