Teresa joined the Corporate | M&A department and has been collaborating with the firm since 2026.
She deals with commercial law and extraordinary transactions, advising Italian and international companies in negotiating and drafting of commercial agreements, as well as in the acquisition and sale of shareholdings, companies or business units.
She is an expert (cultore della materia) in commercial law at the University of Milano-Bicocca.
