Vittoria Belcuore is part of the Corporate/M&A team.
She assists Italian and international clients in industrial M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, following deals from the initial stage through to completion. She coordinates and carries out legal due diligence, contributes to structuring transactions and defining the related processes, and to drafting and negotiating contractual and ancillary documentation. She provides ongoing assistance on corporate governance matters and supports clients in managing ordinary corporate compliance requirements.
