The Italian Energy Renaissance

ADVANT Nctm and Italian Power Network (IPN) present the event “The Italian Energy Renaissance - The Role of FERX and MACSE.”

The discussion will focus on the initiatives promoted by the Ministry of Environment and Energy Security (MASE) aimed at incentivizing the development of renewable projects to achieve the targets set for 2030.

Focus of the meeting:

• The FERX Ministerial Decree on provisions for establishing new support mechanisms for energy produced from renewable energy sources;
• the Storage Futures Market (MACSE), a new mechanism to procure storage capacity to increasingly integrate renewable energy into the electricity system.

Speakers will include:

• Piero Viganò, Partner ADVANT Nctm
• Roberto Castiglioni, Co-founder & CEO of Ikigal Capital and Founder of IPN

Luca Ferrari Trecate (Counsel ADVANT Nctm) will introduce the discussion with a speech on securitization and renewable energy, from industry to asset class.
