    Piero Viganò gained extensive experience assisting clients in various energy production projects, M&A transactions, as well as corporate and regulatory matters related to incentive schemes.

    He provides consultancy services to leading companies engaged in energy production and energy services, as well as to various energy-intensive enterprises. He collaborates with numerous companies involved in electricity and thermal energy production, also from renewable sources, as well as private equity funds, industries, banks, consortia and local public utility firms.

    With a deep understanding of market regulations, Piero Viganò offers full legal assistance across all types of renewable energies (including photovoltaic, hydroelectric, wind, and biomass), cogeneration, storage, self-production, self-consumption and energy efficiency.

    Piero Viganò was mentioned in the Legal 500 2020 edition and, in same year, Piero Viganò was ranked as a top lawyer for the Energy practice in the survey promoted by Milano Finanza and Class CNBC.

    He was also ranked by “Top Legal Guida - I migliori Studi e Professionisti” for the Energy practice in 2020.
