    Per le Pmi opportunità nelle free trade zones


    Sono le peculiarità delle free zonesa rendere conveniente l'investimento delle piccole e medie imprese italiane in Iran».È questa la convinzione di Vittorio Noseda, partner e responsabile del coordinamento dello studio legale Ntcm,<!--more--> attivo in Iran con un ufficio di rappresentanza che offre servizi di consulenza alle aziende italiane. Ma in cosa consistono questi vantaggi? «Innanzi tutto - spiega Noseda - l'eliminazione dei dazi doganali per l'importazione dei prodotti; poi import e export illimitato di beni che dopo la lavorazione vengono esportati in altri Paesi; la non applicazione della normativa iraniana in materia labour, insurance e social security». Inoltre, sempre secondo Noseda, nelle free zone si ha «l'esenzione totale dalla tassazione per venti anni dall'inizio dell'attività, il trasferimento dei prodotti fabbricati nella free zones all'interno del mercato iraniano senza dazi e il libero rientro di capitali». Ma come si deve muovere un'azienda che vuole investire in Iran? «Ai nostri clienti - osserva Noseda - suggeriamo innanzi tutto di aprire un ufficio di rappresentanza; anche la conclusione di accordi tipo joint ventures è un buon canale d'ingresso che facilita la penetrazione del mercato attraverso il partner locale». E i problemi? «Le criticità più rilevanti- osserva sempre Noseda riguarda noi servizi finanziari e la tutela della proprietà intellettuale».
