    AGCM chiude l’istruttoria sull’intesa degli “accumulatori al piombo esausti”: gli studi coinvolti


    L’istruttoria dell’AGCM sulle “Restrizioni nell’acquisto di accumulatori al piombo esausti” è stata chiusa senza accertare alcuna violazione della normativa antitrust e senza irrogare alcuna sanzione.

     

    Il procedimento istruttorio era stato avviato nel dicembre 2019 per verificare l’esistenza di una presunta intesa anticoncorrenziale avente ad oggetto l’acquisto di accumulatori al piombo esausti. Il risultato è stato raggiunto grazie agli impegni spontaneamente proposti dalle parti nel corso del procedimento, resi vincolanti dall’Autorità.

     

    Per FiammEnergy Technology e SIAPRA ha agito BonelliErede, con un team guidato dal partner Francesco Anglani, coadiuvato dall’associate Filippo Caliento e Marta Contu.

     

    Per ClariosItalia ha agito Cleary Gottlieb, con un team guidato dal socio Matteo Beretta e dal senior attorney Saverio Valentino, assistiti dagli associate Riccardo Tremolada e Michael Tagliavini.

    Per Piombifera Italiana ha agito Dentons con un team costituito dal partner Michele Carpagnano e dall’associate Giulia Giordano.

    Per i consorzi COBAT e COBAT RIPA hanno agito Gianni & Origoni, con un team costituito dal socio Piero Fattori e dagli associates Francesco Alongi e Giorgio Blandino, e lo studio legale Borromeo, con Carlo Borromeo, avvalendosi, per quanto riguarda i profili economici, dell’assistenza di Lear, con un team costituito da Paolo Buccirossi, Salvatore Nava, Rossella Mossucca e Livia Baccari.
