    Così cambia l’insider trading a Piazza Affari


    Il Senato ha approvato un disegno di legge di iniziativa governativa che modifica (articolo 19 bis) la prospettiva su Piazza Affari. Da un lato, viene esteso di un anno il lavoro della Commissione Tuf per la revisione del Testo Unico della Finanza in materia di OPA. Dall'altro, si prevede una riforma del sistema sanzionatorio per le società quotate, con impatti evidenti sull’Authority dei mercati, la Consob.

    «L’articolo 19 bis approvato dal Senato, delega al governo, nell’ambito della Legge Capitali, una riforma organica delle sanzioni applicabili alle società quotate, che costituiscono un deterrente per l’accesso al mercato», commenta Lukas Plattner
