    Expertise

    Lukas Plattner is an expert in capital markets and M&A, assisting companies, banks and financial intermediaries in raising equity (IPOs/secondary offerings) and debt, post-listing issues(corporate governance, market abuse, listing transfers, incentive plans). 

    Lukas has extensive experience in corporate M&A, public M&A (IPOs/delisting) and private equity transactions.

    Lukas is a member of the Courmayeur Foundation Scientific Committee and the AssoNext Scientific Committee, as well as of several committees promoted by Europeanissuers. He was a member of the Technical Expert Stakeholder Group on SMEs (2020-2021) promoted by the EU Commission and collaborated with the MEF in the task force that led to the publication of the Green Paper "The Competitiveness of Italian Financial Markets in Support of Growth" (2021-2022) as well as in several legislative processes on financial market regulation.
