    La trasparenza salariale come cambio di paradigma


    La direttiva UE 2023/970 introduce obblighi per le imprese utili per combattere il gender pay gap. Ma è solo un primo passo non risolutivo

    La Direttiva UE 2023/970 rappresenta un passo cruciale nella lotta al gender pay gap, introducendo obblighi vincolanti di trasparenza salariale e strumenti più incisivi a tutela dei lavoratori. L’obiettivo principale è garantire la parità di retribuzione tra uomini e donne, riducendo divari ancora presenti nonostante le normative esistenti. Pur essendo focalizzata sul gender pay gap, la direttiva ha un impatto più ampio: richiede l’applicazione di criteri oggettivi e misurabili, spingendo le aziende a strutturare le politiche retributive in modo chiaro e coerente, riducendo ogni potenziale discriminazione e superando ogni possibile opacità nelle politiche adottate.
