    Nasce UniQLegal per i servizi

    Gli studi legali Nctm e La Scala danno vita con UniCredit a UniQLegal, società tra avvocati per azioni: un'iniziativa che nasce per rispondere ad alcune specifiche esigenze di servizi legali di UniCredit, per esempio nella gestione del contenzioso passivo bancario e della consulenza legale ricorrente. L'obiettivo è diventare, nel tempo, un punto di riferimento per il diritto bancario in Italia.

     

    Grazie alla partnership, si metteranno a fattor comune l'esperienza e le tecnologie di gestione degli studi partner con le competenze e i processi della Direzione Legale del Gruppo UniCredit: una realtà con know-how specialistico, capacità di investimento, innovazione tecnologica, nuove logiche organizzative e produttive ed economie di scala che vuole definire un nuovo standard nella fornitura di servizi legali specializzati.
