    Referendum 2025: quali possibili impatti su lavoro e imprese?


    L’8 e il 9 giugno 2025 gli italiani saranno chiamati a esprimersi su cinque quesiti referendari, quattro dei quali riguardano direttamente il mondo del lavoro. Questi quesiti mirano a modificare o abrogare alcune norme introdotte con il Jobs Act. Per imprese e professionisti delle risorse umane, il voto potrebbe segnare un cambio di rotta importante su licenziamenti, contratti, appalti e tutele dei lavoratori.
