Anna Velia Rocca works within the Real Estate department, with a focus on urban planning matters.
She has gained experience in public procurement law, with particular focus on public contracts, public-private partnerships, including concessions, and assistance to Public Administrations through advisory activities relating to tender procedures, access to documents requests, dispute management and litigation before both Administrative Courts and Ordinary Courts.
