    The Public Law and Procurement department provides assistance to private entrepreneurs and public bodies in all areas of public-law regulated activities. The experience of our professionals extends to various fields such as environmental, pharmaceutical, transportation and energy.

    More specifically, our advice covers:

    • assisting public entities and enterprises in the procedures for the award of public contracts and project financing for implementation of public works and services 

    • assistance in the management of local public services and concession of rail transport services 

    • landscape protection and environmental assistance, pollution prevention, procedures for reclamation of contaminated sites 

    • assistance in the areas of construction, urban planning and cultural heritage

    • advice and assistance on public property concessions: port concessions, airport concessions, mining concessions 

    • assistance in relation to measures issued by independent authorities (CONSOB, AGCM, ANAC, ARERA, AGCOM, AIFA) 

    • support for the identification of facilities and the preparation of funding applications for private enterprises 

    • assistance in the areas of agri-food and chemical regulations, both at the national, EU and WTO levels

    • regulation for access to, and protection of, agricultural markets with reference to the production, labelling and packaging of agri-food and chemical products (REACH and CLP regulations) and supervision of PDO and PGI products

    • court and out-of-court assistance in the regulated areas of experimentation, production, marketing of pharmaceutical specialties and pricing procedures; assistance to private economic operators in their relations with the National and Regional Health Service 

    • support to large enterprises to identify and obtain significant non-repayable grants (i.e., development contracts) 

    • support to public entities and companies in public-private partnership transactions for the implementation of public works and services or the regeneration of public real estate assets 

    • assistance with tenders for EU projects governed by EC rules as well as with European assistance and European Development Funds programmes
