Executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in the legal, compliance, privacy, regulatory affairs, and security fields within the ICT and telecommunications sectors at Tiscali, Vodafone, and Fastweb.
Antonio has led large teams and managed complex M&A and transformation programs at both national and international levels. He has served as a Board Member in listed and private companies, including Inwit S.p.A., Vodafone Italy S.p.A., Tiscali Italy S.p.A., Tiscali UK Ltd, VND S.p.A., and VEI S.p.A. (Ho Mobile). He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Italian Advertising Self-Regulatory Institute (IAP).
He participates in policy and regulatory discussions on artificial intelligence as a member of the scientific committee of AIRIA (Italian Association for the Regulation of Artificial Intelligence) and has collaborated in academia with postgraduate programs in Corporate Compliance & Business Integrity at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, Legal Management at Sapienza University of Rome, and Competition and Innovation at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome.
