Antonio La Bella’s practice focuses on labour law litigation and consultancy (in particular, unlawful labour brokering, individual and collective dismissals, mobbing, company transfers, de-skilling, higher job classification claims, joint liabilit in subcontracting, fixed-term contracts and staff leasing contracts, occupational diseases and accidents).
He is also active in civil litigation (specifically, agency contracts, leases, ordinary and bankruptcy revocatory actions, mediation, tender contracts, condominium and co-ownership matters, inheritance and donations), corporate law (particularly liability actions against shareholders and directors of joint stock companies) and insolvency enforcement procedures (bankruptcies, judicial liquidations, preventive agreements, extraordinary administrations), as well as individual enforcement procedures (third-party garnishments, and enforcement against movable and immovable assets).
He is registered in the Special Register of Lawyers admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court and other Higher Courts.
He is also an external member of the Supervisory Board for several companies, for which he drafted the organizational model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
