Arianna Guercini mainly assists companies and investment banks in carrying out IPOs on EGMs and MTAs, as well as advising listed companies on ordinary corporate activities and extraordinary transactions.
In parallel to her professional career, she conducts research on listed companies, groups of companies, corporate social responsibility and sustainability. She is currently discussing her doctoral thesis on corporate compliance in groups of companies. She is a teaching assistant and a research fellow in commercial law and banking and financial market law at the School of Economics and Law of the University of Florence. She has carried out research activities at the Institute for comparative law, conflicts of laws and international business law of the University of Heidelberg (2020-2021) and doctoral training at Study Center Gerzensee (2021) and Gabelli School of Business, Fordham University (2019).
She regularly participates in training events and conferences in Italy and abroad.
