Carlo Russo began his collaboration with the firm at the Rome office in 2023, joining the Intellectual Property Department after gaining considerable experience in the same area of law at leading international and domestic firms.
His work mainly involves both litigation and out-of-court advice on industrial law, copyright law and unfair competition, as well as media and new technologies law. Carlo has also acquired solid experience in handling litigation in civil and commercial law matters.
In 2020, Carlo obtained a Master’s Degree in Economics and Management, with a specialisation in Administration, Finance and Business Control, presenting a dissertation entitled “Corporate Intangible Assets: the Trademark Valuation Report.”
Carlo has been appointed as Honorary Fellow in Industrial Law at the University of Salento, where he is currently engaged in scientific research activities.
