Arbitration - Dispute Resolution - Restructuring and Insolvency
Daniele Griffini has been working with ADVANT Nctm since February 2013, where he focuses on civil and commercial law, as well as corporate crisis and insolvency law.
He has gained significant experience as a litigator, including in arbitration.
He graduated at the age of 23, passing 7 exams with a score of 30 out of 30 and 21 exams cum laude, and was awarded the prestigious “Griziotti Prize” (for graduates) by the University of Pavia.
He was an honorary fellow (“cultore della materia”) of civil procedure and bankruptcy law at the University of Pavia; since 2013 he has been assistant to Prof. Alberto Toffoletto at the chair of commercial law (University of Milan).
Passionate about education, Daniele is responsible for organizing numerous training events and seminars at ADVANT Nctm. He is the author of several publications (some of which are listed below) and is a speaker at various conferences and other in-depth initiatives. In March 2023, he was a speaker at the National Forensic Congress.
