Emad Tabatabaei mainly deals with corporate and commercial law.
As he also speaks Persian and Arabic, he has worked since 2016 for both Nctm and the German law firms (first FGvW and then Beiten) as a contact point for Middle Eastern countries in recent years.
Academically, he studied at the University of Freiburg and was a member of the International Research School of Max-Planck-Institute Freiburg (IMPRS-CC) with focus on research in comparative law and its methods. He had the honour to be elected as a member of educational commission of Catholic Academic Services for Foreigners (KAAD) / Bonn, 2012-13. He had also the chance to launch the Joint Research Group between Max-Planck-Institute Freiburg and the Faculty of Law at the ATU/Tehran, 2014. He has given lectures and run seminars on the topic of comparative legal analyses, in Europe and MENA region.
